AC MILAN CAMP

The AC Milan methodology focuses on the development of young players’ motor, technical, tactical, and psychological skills through activities that seek individual improvement.

The AC Milan Camp is a playful and educational project that aims to consolidate and improve the motor, technical, tactical, and psychological skills of the young player through the game developed with different objectives. The consolidation and improvement of individual skills are the basis for the growth of the young footballer who, through play and training, acquires essential experience and skills in confrontation with opponents and in the relationship with teammates in the game of football.

The primary aim of training a young footballer is to acquire the technical, tactical, and motor skills typical of the game of football without forgetting the attention to the youngster in the complexity of their constituent dimensions (mental, cognitive, relational).

AC MILAN CAMP
NUTRITIONAL GUIDELINES

AC MILAN CAMP
NUTRITIONAL AREA

Why an athlete needs a correct diet?

  • To fuel their workouts and competitions. Athletes burn a lot of calories during training and competition, so they need to eat a diet that provides enough energy to keep them going.

  • To build and repair muscle tissue. Muscle tissue is broken down during exercise and needs to be repaired in order to get stronger. A correct diet provides the protein and other nutrients that are essential for muscle growth and repair.

  • To improve performance. Research has shown that athletes who eat a correct diet tend to perform better than those who don't. This is because a correct diet provides the body with the nutrients it needs to function at its best.

  • To reduce the risk of injury. A correct diet can help to improve muscle strength, flexibility, and coordination. This can help to reduce the risk of injury, especially during high-impact sports.

  • To maintain a healthy weight. Maintaining a healthy weight is important for all athletes, but it is especially important for endurance athletes who need to be lean in order to perform at their best. A correct diet can help athletes to achieve and maintain a healthy weight.
